A quiet little stream in a natural area in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in autumn. hdr enhanced photograph. Moose, deer, beaver and coyotes can be found within this valley. Edmonton lies within the aspen parkland biome, which is distinguished by mixed woods consisting predominantly of aspen and balsam poplars, conifers such as spruce and numerous smaller shrubs, many of which are fruit bearing. The colors in autumn are beautiful.
A self taught Albertan photographer, I enjoy the outdoors and photographing Alberta's natural landscapes. Alberta has much to offer for the artist - mountains, boreal forest, lakes and rivers, aspen parkland and prairie, and I love to try and capture the essence of these in my photographs.
